- 200g Veliche Couverture Chocolate (Can choose 54%, 58% or a 72%) based on liking
- 300ml Avonmore Whipping Cream
- A pinch of salt

- In a separate bowl, whip the Avonmore Whipping Cream until soft peaks form, Make sure the bowl used for whipping is also chilled for better results.

- Spoon the mousse into serving cups and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
2. Blueberry and Cream Parfaits
Ingredients:
- 300ml Avonmore Whipping Cream
- 200g Fruttose fruit filling (Blueberry 60% fruit)
- 100g granola or crushed cookies
Instructions:
- Whip the Avonmore Whipping Cream until soft peaks form.
- In serving glasses, layer the fruttose Blueberry filling, whipped cream, and granola or crushed cookies.
- Repeat the layers until the glasses are filled.
- Chill in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes before serving.
3. No-Bake Forrest Berries Cheesecake
Ingredients:
- 200g crushed digestive biscuits (for the base)
- 100g melted butter

- 200g Veliche Couverture Chocolate
- Fresh fruits (strawberries, banana slices, etc.)
- Optional: Capfruit Frozen Fruit Puree for dipping
Instructions:
- Melt Veliche chocolate in a microwave or double boiler.
- Dip fresh fruits into melted chocolate, allowing excess to drip off.
- Place chocolate-covered fruits on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- If desired, serve with Capfruit Frozen Fruit Puree for dipping.
- Refrigerate until chocolate hardens before serving.
5. No-Bake Berry Tart
Ingredients:
- 200g crushed biscuits (for the crust)
- 100g melted butter
- 300ml Avonmore Whipping Cream
- 200g Fruttose Fruit Filling (mixed berries, strawberry, raspberry or blue berries)
Instructions:
- Combine crushed biscuits and melted butter, pressing into a tart pan to create a crust.
