Products are eligible for return if they are expired, damaged, broken, faulty, or different from the ordered item. Returns are accepted for products with sealed/unopened/unused packs and in their original condition. We cannot accept returns for partially or wholly consumed products.

Complaint Window:

Please report any issues within 7 days of receiving your delivery. We strive to store products correctly, but we can't control storage conditions after delivery.

In the event of a faulty order, we will initiate a refund through the original payment mode (credit card, debit card, net banking) for prepaid orders.
