Truffle Hot Sauce Pasta

Vegetarian | Giuliano Tartufi | Truffle

 

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces of pasta (such as linguine or fettuccine) from pasta toscana
  •  2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons Guliano Tartufi Truffle hot sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped parsley for garnish

 

Serves : 2

Cooking time: 30 minutes

Prep Time: 20 minutes

 

Cooking Instructions:

  • Cook the pasta according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  • In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  • Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and toss to coat it with the butter and garlic.
  • Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese and Guliano Tartufi Truffle hot sauce, making sure the pasta is evenly coated.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Serve the pasta hot, garnished with chopped parsley.
