Truffle Hot Sauce Pasta
Ingredients
- 8 ounces of pasta (such as linguine or fettuccine) from pasta toscana
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons Guliano Tartufi Truffle hot sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped parsley for garnish

Cooking Instructions:
- Cook the pasta according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and toss to coat it with the butter and garlic.
- Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese and Guliano Tartufi Truffle hot sauce, making sure the pasta is evenly coated.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve the pasta hot, garnished with chopped parsley.
